As an advanced scaffolder you are able to assemble, adjust and dismantle all prevalent scaffolding under the supervision of a foreman scaffolding. You supervise a team of basic and intermediate scaffolders. You can also deliver scaffolding with a standard configuration.

Task package

• Assemble, dismantle and adjust all prevalent scaffolding
• Managing and supervising a team of basic scaffolders and intermediate scaffolder
• Inspect and transfer scaffolding with a standard configuration to the client
• Being able to use/interpret scaffolding drawings, diagrams and material specifications for all prevalent scaffolding
• Being able to assess the strength, stiffness and stability of a (complex) scaffolding construction based on scaffolding general rules.
• Perform a user inspection at the request of a customer
• Checking the safety risks as well as being able to perform a task risk analysis

Your profile

• Extensive experience in the scaffolding construction sector
• Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
• Team player
• Sense for safety and quality
• Being able to lead and take responsibility
• Being able to communicate well (with customers and colleagues)
• In passion of a valid certificate (full) VCA

Assets

• In possession of a valid driver’s license B
• Notions of English, French or German
• Previous experience as a supervisor
