As a foreman, you are an experienced scaffold builder able to communicate with the client, consult with your manager and translate these agreements towards your teams of scaffolding builders.

Task package

• Plan work and monitor progress
• Managing and supervising a team of basic scaffolders, intermediate scaffolders and advanced scaffolders
• Approve and transfer scaffolding with a standard configuration to the client
• Being able to use scaffolding drawings, diagrams and material specifications for all common scaffolding and being able to make sketches of scaffolding yourself
• Establishing and implementing safety procedures
• Perform a user inspection at the request of a customer

Your profile

• Extensive experience in the scaffolding construction sector
• Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch language
• You have a scaffolding examiner certificate
• Team player
• Sense for safety and quality
• Being able to lead and take responsibility
• Being able to communicate well (with customers and colleagues)
• Stress resistant
• Has a valid certificate (full) VCA

Assets

• You have a valid driver’s license B
• Notions of English, French or German
• PC knowledge (word, excel and email)
